Who says summer, says Toulouse Plages. If you spend some of your summer holidays in Toulouse, then you will find quite some summer activities in the city. “Toulouse Plages” is a great way of exercising different sports, try new things out or just chill with your friends. Toulouse Plage is open from 9h30-21h30 every day.
This year, there are some new activities: American Football, Weexball, Speedminton, Beachminton, Tai Chai and many more.
Open from 10h to 21h00 every day, have fun playing beach soccer, sandball, beach volley, beach rugby (7), beachminton or beach tennis. You can rent equipment free of charge.
During Toulouse Plages, several clubs also organise beginner classes to discover these sports.

Dance fitness
A mix between dancing and muscle strengthening on high heels: Saturday 10th and 24th August from 15h-17h.
Couple dance
Couple danse by the Association Garden of dance: rock, samba, valse, rumba and many more on 3rd, 9th and 23rd August from 15h-18h.
Dances of the Indian ocean and African dance
The Association Ish & Lane is offering an induction to African dances on 20th July from 15h30-18h.
Fitness
Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a great cardio sport and a lot of fun. You can play it every Sunday from 16h-18h.
Tai-Chi is a new activity this year. It is offered in two different locations at the Prairie des Filtres on Tuesday from 10h-12h and Thursdays from 17h to 19h and at the espace EDF Bazacle on Saturdays from 10h-12h.
Box Tai, Judo, Capoeira and Boxing or on the list this year. Take an introduction class to one of these material arts during Toulouse Plages.
Toulouse Plage with kids
Toulouse Plages is not only for adults, but also for kids of all ages. Have a look at the full programme to find something that suits your little one’s.
- Sandbox for toddlers to play.

- Several activities like an inflatable playground, 6 trampolines, a water slide and climbing challenges.

Big Wheel – Port de la Viguerie
The big wheel is again at the Port Viguerie from 14th July to 8th September. Open Sunday-Thursday from 11h to midnight, Friday and Saturday until 1h.
Espace Bazacle
From 20th July to 26th August, Tuesday to Sunday from 11h to 19h. Enjoy the view over the Garonne from one of the sunloungers or read a book that you can borrow there for free.
