Pilates and Yoga are a great addition to other cardio sports like running, swimming or cycling. It is also a great way of relaxing from your busy work at week. We have tried some new one’s in the past year and would like to share with you our newest findings.

Pilates & Yoga in Blagnac
Loft 19
Our newest finding in the centre of Blagnac is the Loft 19 Pilates studio. Not only is the studio new and well designed, the teachers are really good fun. They teach in small groups which gives the teachers the opportunity to watch each student. The first class is free, so come and try it out (classes are in French).
L’Atelier du Yoga
This Yoga studio is owned by Zoe Levi and offers classes during the week as well as on Saturday. On top of that Zoe also offers remedial, deep tissue and sports massages.
Yoga in Toulouse
Sattva Yoga
Sattva Yoga now has three studios, two new one’s that recently opened. One in Esquirol and one at Place du Capitole, along the original one at Canal du Midi. At Sattva Yoga you will find a lot of different yoga and pilates classes during the week.
They now also offer English Yoga classes with Rhea at their studio in Canal du Midi and Esquirol.
Mondays, VINYASA – HATHA VINYASA 2 19h-20h15 (Shala Matabiau)
Fridays,
Eka Yoga
Eka Yoga offers a lot of different yoga classes during the day. We discovered this studio over a Groupon offer. We don’t find it that modern (our personal taste, as we generally prefer modern and clean environments), but the teachers a really good and know what they are doing. One class is €17, it gets cheaper the more you buy.
Mouna Centre de Yoga
This yoga studio is next to the park Raymond VI in Saint-Cyprien and looks over a great courtyard. A friend of ours did the prenatal classes and absolutely loved it!
Dharamsal Yoga
This Yoga centre is specialised in Kundalini Yoga. They have pre- and postnatal classes, too. Every Friday there is a class in English (12h15 – 13h30). Try it, you will feel so relaxed afterwards!
Yogaventure
Right in the centre of Toulouse, this studio is very modern and offers great classes. It’s a bit expensive if you do not go regularly (€18), but the studio is very nice and the teachers are great.
Body Fly
Body Fly is a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Acrobatie and is really good fun. Géraldine, the teacher, is lovely, she finds the right words to make this work for everyone. You exercise in small groups of 6 people and learn quick to make most out of it. It’s quite pricey with €19,50 per class when you by 10, but great fun. You can currently find a offer on Groupon for 3 classes for 19,90€ and 5 for 34,90€.
Have a great time exercising Pilates and Yoga in Toulouse and Blagnac and see you soon around one of the studios,
First of all I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself
and clear your mind prior to writing. I’ve had a tough
time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are
generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
recommendations or tips? Appreciate it!
