Yoga & Pilates Studios

We love doing all sorts of sports including some more relaxing sometimes. Here is our personal selection of Yoga and Pilates studios. Namaste!

Affordable Yoga

We love this new concept in Toulouse. Yoga for only €6 a class (or less, if you buy 5 or 10 classes) in several different locations around town. They have great teachers and it is a lot of fun!

Sattva Yoga

In this studio you will find a lot of different yoga and pilates classes during the week. They also organise a lot of events over the year – an upcoming event for example is the Yoga Spirit Festival. Sign up until 1st May and join this event in June that offers a full day of free classes.

Yogaventure

Right in the centre of Toulouse, this studio is very modern and offers great classes. It’s a bit expensive if you do not go regularly (€18), but the studio is very nice and the teachers are great.

Yoga in Toulouse

Yoga in Toulouse offers Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Ying Yoga classes during the week. In addition to their regular classes, they also organise weekend workshops, e.g. in the Pyrenees.

Eka Yoga

Eka Yoga offers a lot of different yoga classes during the day. We discovered this studio over a Groupon offer. We don’t find it that modern (our personal taste, as we generally prefer modern and clean environments), but the teachers a really good and know what they are doing. One class is €15, it gets cheaper the more you buy.

Centre Choréographique James Carlès

At this dance studio, they have Pilates classes on Monday night 21h00 – 22h15 as well as Saturdays from 10h15 to 11h30 with Laurenzo Inutine. Great fun!

Body Fly

Body Fly is a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Acrobatie and is really good fun. Géraldine, the teacher, is lovely, she finds the right words to make this work for everyone. You exercise in small groups of 6 people and learn quick to make most out of it. It’s quite pricey with €19,50 per class when you by 10, but great fun. They currently have a special offer until end of April where you can buy 6 classes for €70.

Lolë Toulouse

The Lolë store in the commercial centre in Labège offers yoga or pilates classes that cost €5, usable as voucher directly after in the store. The equipment is very modern. If you live in this part of town, try it out!

L’Atelier du Yoga

This Yoga studio is owned by Zoe Levi and offers classes during the week as well as on Saturday. On top of that Zoe also offers remedial, deep tissue and sports massages and also gives massage and baby massage workshops.

Mouna Centre de Yoga

This yoga studio is next to the park Raymond VI in Saint-Cyprien and looks over a great courtyard. A friend of ours did the prenatal classes and absolutely loved it!

Dharamsal Yoga

This Yoga centre is specialised in Kundalini Yoga. They have pre- and postnatal classes, too. Every Friday there is a class in English (12h15 – 13h30). Try it, you will feel so relaxed afterwards!

Here is the overview of all our tested yoga & pilates studios:

There will be free classes over summer at different outdoor locations in Toulouse. We will let you know as soon as they are advertised. Namaste!
