La Gourmandine – Fine cuisine

La Gourmandine

A great restaurant located in front of the Victor Hugo market. The menu changes on a regular basis. We love their creations and the way the food is presented. You have to try it!

Tuesday to Saturday: 12h00 – 22h30

Au Bon Graillou – Fresh from the market

This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Victor Hugo market. You can eat à la carte or choose their menu, which consists of a starter plus a main dish and dessert for 19,90€. The food comes from the market downstairs, so you can expect fresh and seasonal food.

Les coudes sur la table – Down to earth

A cosy restaurant with a nice atmosphere. On the menu: pasta, salads, sandwiches, buns, soups and dessert. The menu changes every week and can be found on their Facebook page.

Motchiya – Sushi & Bento

MotchiyaA tiny Japanese restaurant with amazing food. Every Wednesday and Friday they get fresh fish, which means they have amazing maki on the menu. As they only have 12 places, it is better to book a table in advance.

Le Bibent – Classy

Le Bibent.pngLe Bibent, which translates in Occitane to ‘drink good‘, is located in the heart of Toulouse at Place du Capitole. It is a historic place with a beautiful interior. If you are looking for a special place for lunch, this is it!

La cantine à la une – Hip

CantineThis restaurant has a great lunch concept. They have a large starters and desserts buffet, from which you can choose whatever you want. On top of that you can select one main dish. And all for only €15,50. Reservations are highly recommended as it fills up very fast.

Open every day – Lunch from 12h00-14h00 and Dinner from 19h00-23h00

La table des Vignerons – Local and seasonal

This little restaurant offers a great lunch menu: starters+main or main+dessert for €13,50. They serve local fresh and seasonal food in a very original way. We ordered a burger made out of fish and potato patties as burger and it was really delicious.

Michel Sarran – High class

Already presented as an excellent restaurant in our fine dining article. If you want to enjoy a two star rated cuisine for an affordable price, this is the place to go. You have to reserve a table well in advance (sometimes up to several months) as it is very popular.

Monday to Friday 12h00-13h45 and 20h00-21h45 (closed Wednesday for lunch)

Les Passionnés – Wine & Food

Les Passionees.pngLes Passionnés is a “cave à manger” – a wine bar which also offers food. Their kitchen is exceptionally good, they use fresh and seasonal products and create amazing dishes. The lunch menu is either €14 for a main dish, €17,50 for main dish plus starter or dessert or €19,50 for all three courses. The menu of the week can be found on their website.

Tuesday:  10h00 – 14h00 // Wednesday – Friday: 10h00 – 14h00 and 17h00 – 22h00 // Saturday: 16h00 – 22h00
